WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING CHARGES?*

Our shipping rates are set to RM7 (West Malaysia) and RM10 (East Malaysia). Shipping is FREE for orders with a total spend of above RM75 (total spend excludes discounts/ promotional products). These charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Allow us 1 - 3 business days to prepare your orderOnce your order is ready, the delivery process may take up to 1 - 3 business daysBusiness days include Monday - Friday, from 9 AM - 5 PM, excluding national holidays in Malaysia.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Complete the following steps to track your order: 

  1. Copy the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email
  2. Click the tracking number (link), you will then be directed to PosLaju’s Track & Trace page
  3. Paste the tracking number in the box provided (at PosLaju’s Track & Trace page)
  4. Click the ‘Track’ button, and voila!

    WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?

    Here are some possible reasons your delivery might be late:
    • Your order was shipped during our sales and promotions season
    • Your order was placed during a local public holiday
    • There were unpredictable circumstances beyond our control

      MY ORDER IS SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?

      At times, PosLaju’s Track & Trace system may show that your package is sent to a different state or address, but rest assured, it’s on the right track.
       
      However, if your order doesn't arrive within 6 business days from the time and date of your order, quickly notify us here.
       
      Business days include Monday - Friday, from 9 AM - 5 PM, excluding national holidays in Malaysia.

      CAN I DELIVER MY ORDER OUT OF MALAYSIA?

      Due to COVID19, we are currently only able to deliver orders to Singapore.

      WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I’M UNABLE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

      For unsuccessful delivery attempts, PosLaju may offer the following solutions:

      SOLUTION I:
      Self-Pick Up at a designated post office
      • You will receive a note on your doorstep with instructions on where you can collect your package
      SOLUTION II:
      Self-Pick Up at the nearest PosLaju Ezibox facility
      • You will receive an SMS informing you that your package is currently at an Ezibox facility along with a secure one-time PIN number that you will need to key into the Ezibox machine to open the locker
      • To collect your package at the designated Ezibox facility within 48 hours from receiving the SMS 
              What’s PosLaju Ezibox?
              It’s a 24/7 machine operated pick up point (locker) designed as an alternative method of delivering packages for unsuccessful home deliveries.
