Do note that our adjustable bracelets are made with knots that are intentionally secured slightly tighter at first. This helps ensure the bracelet holds its structure during initial wear. Over time and with gentle use, the adjustment cords typically loosen slightly for easier movement!

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Failure to pay such charges may result in delays, non-delivery, or the parcel being returned to us.
At the moment, only delivery by courier service is available.
Deliveries within Malaysia: Orders are typically processed within 1 - 3 business days*. Once ready, the delivery process may take up to 1 - 3 business days.
International Delivery: Check out your estimated delivery time (EDT)
*Business days include Monday - Friday, from 9 AM - 5 PM, excluding national holidays in Malaysia.
Your tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as it's ready for delivery (this may be found in your Spam/ Junk folder)
While we do our best to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible, there may occasionally be delays due to:
- Our workshop is on a short break or holiday closure
- A high volume of orders during sales, promotions, product launches, or peak seasons
- Orders placed close to or during weekends and public holidays, when processing and courier operations may be limited
- Unexpected circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs processing, weather disruptions, or other logistical issues

FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please track your parcel using the tracking information provided - your parcel may be available for collection at a designated post office or collection point.
Parcels that remain uncollected beyond the carrier's holding period (typically 7 business days, though this may vary by location) may be returned to us.
If your order is returned to MOOSH due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt or failure to collect the parcel, you may choose one of the following options:
- Redelivery - We can resend your order upon payment of the applicable reshipping fee
- Store Credit - If you no longer wish to receive the order, we may issue store credit equivalent to the value of the returned products only, provided the items are successfully returned to us in their original, unused, and undamaged condition (cash refunds are not available)
Upon successful return and inspection of the product(s), MOOSH may, at its discretion, issue store credit equivalent to the value of the returned products only, provided that:
- The products are received back in their original, unused condition
- The products are not damaged, worn, soiled, altered, or missing components
- The return does not result from any breach of this policy
Please note that original shipping fees, return shipping charges, and any other non-recoverable costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit amount.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, and clearance charges imposed by their destination country.

Yes we do! At the moment, we provide UNLIMITED FREE restring services for all of our bracelets!
We now offer two channels for this service:
- Delivery Service: Delivery fee will apply for us to return/ deliver the product to you
- Pop-Up Store: No delivery fee will apply

Exchange
Yes, you can!
If the item(s) you’d like to exchange for is priced lower than the original item(s), resulting in a remaining balance, there are two ways you can go about it:
Option 1: Add one or more items to your cart to match the value
Option 2: Convert the remaining balance into store credit
We recommend submitting your request as soon as possible before your order is packed. Once it has been packed, we may no longer be able to accommodate your request.

At the moment, we’re only able to offer size exchanges, and we’re unable to exchange items for different products or styles.
This is applicable for Bracelets, Necklaces and Anklets (the product purchased/ received will be restrung with the same stone(s) to fit your preferred size.
Rings are not eligible for size exchange due to design and material limitations. We strongly recommend confirming your size using our size guide before purchase.
Size exchange must be requested within 3 days from receiving your product(s) and returned to us within 7 days following this period.
The delivery date listed under your tracking number will be considered as the day your order was delivered to you.
Do note that exchange is subjected to product availability within the 3-day period. If the product(s) is not available during this period, you can either opt to ship the product(s) when it's available or to select a replacement product(s) from our store. The replacement item(s) should be equal to/ exceed the cost of the product you would like to exchange.
We now offer two exchange/ return methods:
- Online Exchange: Delivery fee will apply for us to return/ deliver the product to you
- Pop-Up Store: Free exchange (subject to store operation)
The product must be returned in the same condition when received (placed in its original packaging and bubble wrapped to avoid any damages during delivery).
Return & Refund
Return and refund is available for if wrong/ damaged product(s) received and should be reported within 3 days from receiving your product(s) and returned to us within 30 days following this period. The delivery date listed under your tracking number will be considered as the day your order was delivered to you.
Return and refund is only permitted if wrong or faulty product(s) are received (damaged as a result of production defect).
Returns, exchanges, refunds, replacements, store credits, or free redeliveries will not be provided for the following:
- Minor size variations, colour differences, or product irregularities that have been disclosed on the product pages
- Claims reported more than 3 days after delivery
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or show signs of wear and tear, bodily fluids, stains, or misuse
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Accidental damage occurring after delivery
- Improper storage, handling, or care of the product
- Exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, cleaning agents, excessive heat, or excessive force.
- Self-inflicted, intentional, or negligent damage
- Difficulty adjusting accessories (we provide unlimited free restrings)
- Products that have been repaired, modified, or altered by a third party
- Repeated, suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive claims
- Claims supported by false, inaccurate, or misleading information
- Any abuse of this Return & Refund Policy
